Communicate with supervisors and perform administrative duties for the department.
Serve as a positive role model and mentor a small staff of nine other resident assistants.
Assist with resident assistant training and facilitate professional development throughout the year.
Operate the on-campus emergency phone line to assist residents with concerns and handle crisis situations.
